Job Description
Responsibilities
- A managerial position to support the VP, Finance in various functions such as accounting, reporting, budgeting, tax planning and treasury matters.
- Lead a finance team and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance operations which include financial and management reporting and analysis, statutory reporting, taxation reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and treasury matters.
- Responsible for treasury matters including loan financing, loan compliance and operational cashflow management
- Work closely with Heads of BU and Operations on budgets, forecasts and operational matters
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking of financial and project budgets
- Provide technical expertise and strong mentorship to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor in Accountancy
- CPA Australia or Chartered Accountant qualification is an added advantage
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Property Industry
