Job Summary
The purpose of the role is to provide cost management support and Finance business partnering for the Conduct, Financial Crime and Compliance (CFCC) function.
. This support will ensure the efficient and effective management of monthly actual costs as well as accurate forecasting and budgeting of future costs, and the provision of general Finance support to senior management of CFCC. This includes providing support for policies and processes in respect of all types of costs.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the cost management, performance management, budgeting and forecasting and financial control for the CFCC sub-functional teams.

  • Responsible for the financial management process at business unit level (departmental / subsidiary company) including reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Drives delivery of agreed budgets and targets.
  • Ensure all recharges presented to or received from other functions comply with Group policies and procedures and inter-departmental service level agreements.
  • Implement and run a consistent financial performance management process across the function applicable to all business units.
  • Support measurements for benefits and success criteria of projects and business initiatives across the functions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of headcount reporting to meet the planning and process requirements of the functional heads.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc analysis of CFCC costs and headcount and underlying drivers as required by functional management.

10+Years of experience in finance function with:
