The responsibilities of this role are:

• As part of the Global Experience Division (GED), the Manager/Senior Manager will play a critical role in supporting student mobility programmes in an assigned academic cluster.
• Manage and administer student mobility programmes for GED such as Overseas Immersion Programmes (OIP), Overseas Exposure Programmes (OEP), Overseas Integrated Work-Study (OIWSP) and Student Exchange Programmes (SEP)
• Work with academic programme leaders to strategise, plan and manage the programmes
• Coordinate with overseas partners such as Overseas Universities (OU) and companies on student enrolment
• Provide pre and post trip administration for students
• Provide administrative support in application for student financial assistance
• Supervise and conduct briefings and feedback sessions
• Provide various evaluation reports
• Liaise with travel agents and vendors on travel admin and logistic support for students
• Ensure duty of care for students during programmes
• Travel to support study/recce trips where necessary
• Attend to ad-hoc projects and secondary responsibilities assigned by the supervisor, according to the needs of the division.

• Preferably a university degree, but diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered.
• Relevant working experience in universities, higher education industry or government agencies would be an advantage.
• Familiarity in International Relations / Mobility Programme operations will be a strong advantage.
• Good writing and project management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
• A strong team player with flexible working attitude
• Comfortable with business travel and managing trip for a group
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about International Relations/Mobility Programmes, and comfortable with some industry development responsibilities
