Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Improvement Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting quality improvement initiatives across our hospital. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, implement effective solutions, and ensure continuous enhancement of processes and outcomes.Key Responsibilities: * Identify Improvement Opportunities:

• Analyse current processes and performance metrics to identify areas needing improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize improvement projects.
• Develop and Implement QI Initiatives:

• Design and execute quality improvement plans using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, etc.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to engage teams in QI activities.
• Monitor and Evaluate Outcomes:

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of QI initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with QI standards and goals.
• Support and Coach Staff:

• Provide guidance and support to staff involved in QI projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the hospital.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality improvement or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading QI projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in QI tools and software.
