What the role is:
Successful applicant will oversee the Human Resources (HR) unit to drive the implementation of HR policies and strategies, talent acquisition efforts, rewards and recognition initiatives, workforce planning and career development of staff, performance management, succession planning, deployment of HR data analytics, and manage HR administrative matters such as manpower budgeting and reporting.
What you will be working on:
The key responsibilities include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Talent attraction and retention. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing compensation and benefits policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Curating and developing various career development initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing staff engagement and welfare programmes and benefits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deployment of HR data analytics to identify and forecast workforce trends, to derive meaningful insights to facilitate decision making and make recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing guidance on processes in relation to staff performance appraisal, and conduct and discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Partnering internal recreation club on the implementation of employee well-being programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administering the day-to-day operations of the HR unit.
