What the role is:
Successful applicant will oversee the Human Resources (HR) unit to drive the implementation of HR policies and strategies, talent acquisition efforts, rewards and recognition initiatives, workforce planning and career development of staff, performance management, succession planning, deployment of HR data analytics, and manage HR administrative matters such as manpower budgeting and reporting.
What you will be working on:
The key responsibilities include: Talent attraction and retention. Overseeing compensation and benefits policies and procedures. Curating and developing various career development initiatives. Developing staff engagement and welfare programmes and benefits. Deployment of HR data analytics to identify and forecast workforce trends, to derive meaningful insights to facilitate decision making and make recommendations. Providing guidance on processes in relation to staff performance appraisal, and conduct and discipline. Partnering internal recreation club on the implementation of employee well-being programmes. Administering the day-to-day operations of the HR unit.
