:Location: WestSenior Manager, Human Resource:You will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee relations.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
