Based in Singapore, the Senior Manager, Human Resources, will report to the Director, Human Resources. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and provide thought leadership in the development of people strategy, and drive people agenda for a global organization
  • Partner with the leadership teams and develop a solid understanding of the strategic goals of the teams and from that provide strategic business partnership & coaching to both managers and leaders
  • Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth
  • Partners with Corporate COEs to provide expertise for the full spectrum of HR functions including rewards, organizational design, talent acquisition, HR communication, employee engagement and employee relations etc. to help drive organizational initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of regional internal and external markets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • University degree with over 12 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or equivalent role
  • Demonstrates solid judgment and experience in assessing risks and providing advisory to the business
  • Working and practical knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including, compensation practices, organizational design, performance management, talent acquisition, employment laws, employee relations and diversity etc.
  • Ability to manage key stakeholders in a high performing, fast-paced and global environment
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis, and to navigate complex business models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Superior work ethic, accountability and ownership of work
  • Experience with people management
