JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting into the Vice President HR-APAC, the Senior Manager HR is both a strategic and an executional role responsible for working with the business to understand current and future priorities in the region, then building and executing tools and processes to ensure that the business has the necessary skills, structures, and processes to achieve these priorities. In this capacity, the Senior Manager HR will need deep expertise in multiple of the following areas: coaching, talent management, performance management, HR shared services and administration, payroll and compliance, and ability to guide and counsel employees at all-levels in the Singapore office and support the growth of the CAA Sports\xe2\x80\x99 business in the APAC region.

  • Oversees full spectrum of HR functions for Singapore, as well as the CAA Sports growth within the APAC region, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, disciplinary matters, performance and talent management, recruitment and training and development.
  • Monitors and ensures the Company\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes and employee on-boarding/off-boarding activities
  • Process employment documentation, claims, insurance, medical and support in business visa handling with vendor
  • Organise and support employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Support key compensation and benefit activities such as Salary Increment, Performance Bonus, Promotion and Manpower Budgeting exercise
  • Assist the Vice President HR APAC in overall workforce planning and audit of operations of the business unit
  • Consult and escalate non-resolved HR issues to Vice President HR APAC
  • Other duties and responsibility as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 8 years of human resource generalist experience, with minimum of 3 years in similar supervisory role. Prior experience in the Sports sector is highly preferred.
  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or IHRP-SP certified.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Experience in regional (Singapore) HR required
  • Extensive technical expertise across multiple human resources disciplines (i.e. coaching, employee relations, talent development, performance management, recruitment, etc.)
  • Ability to guide the business through small- and large-scale change initiatives, developing and utilizing change management tools and approaches
  • Strong operational excellence skills
  • Ability to deliver results in a highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to build relationships and influence in a manner that drives results at all levels in the organization
  • Pro-active, analytical, meticulous, and highly organized
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • A natural collaborator who can also work independently
  • Prior experience working for a multinational company strongly preferred
