Job Responsibilities * Develop and manage security strategies, develop policies that encourage secure working and protection of data * Take ownership of the security and compliance function of cyber security projects (Capex and Opex) * Asses Job Responsibilities Develop and manage security strategies, develop policies that encourage secure working and protection of data Take ownership of the security and compliance function of cyber security projects (Capex and Opex) Assess current technological architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvements to identify any weak points that might make information systems vulnerable to attacks Act as Subject Matter Expert in the automation & deployment of Identity & Access Management domain area Lead in the development and implementation of cloud security architecture and technology to meet business functions while addressing cybersecurity threats and compliance requirements Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively Oversee information security audits Lead team members in security operations Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements, and major changes to the information security environment Oversee security awareness training Oversee response to security incidents, which includes investigation, resolution, and review Job Requirements Relevant diploma or degree qualifications in Information Technology or Cyber Security Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC or CISA would be advantageous At least 5 to 8 years of IT or Cyber Security experience Strong understanding of information security risk assessment and risk management procedures and methodologies Ability to correlate enterprise risk with appropriate administrative, physical, and technical security controls Strong understanding and knowledge of security principles, standards, and processes, such as authentication and access controls, infrastructure hardening, network traffic analysis, endpoint security, platform architecture, application security, encryption and key management, cloud security Working knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dynamic individual and team player with positive working attitude
