What the role is:You work in the Investment Office (The SAVER-Premium Fund Department), responsible for investing and managing the retirement fund of SAF servicemen, focusing on quantitative macroeconomic and investment strategy research.What you will be working on:- Conduct quantitative macroeconomic and investment strategy research - Monitor markets and macro issues - Design and implement multi-asset global investment quantitative research - Contribute to tactical asset allocation ideas - Develop and maintain frameworks for portfolio construction and diversification - Drive investment research using quantitative analysis/models - Support investment policy formulation and risk management capabilities - Establish frameworks to guide future quantitative investment analysis processes - Participate in investment operation processes and ad-hoc projects Challenge(s) - Maintaining a good understanding of the global economy and investment landscapeWhat we are looking for:- Education in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance - CFA, MBA, or other advanced qualifications is highly preferred - At least 8 years of work experience in quantitative research and analysis is preferred - Ability to engage senior level management - Good written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills - Strong understanding of financial and investment products - Proficiency in quantitative analysis and modeling Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
