Senior Manager, Investment APAC - Data CentresAn excellent opportunity to join an extremely well funded data centre developer specialising in build to suit. Based in Singapore, this is a full end to end investment role which involves back office financial modelling, deal sourcing, multi-country exposure and customer facing. The ideal candidate will have a deal track record having successfully sourced land for development. Whilst data centre experience is an advantage, a successful candidate could have experience in sourcing land for development for other multi tenanted real estate assets such as hospitality, retail, healthcare.
