As a leading retail outlet mall REIT in Asia, we are committed to delivering sustainable growth and value to their investors. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Manager, Investments to join Investment Management department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior management in identifying, managing, and executing strategic asset acquisition and investment opportunities that align with their investment mandate and criteria.

Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Investments will be a pivotal member of the team responsible for sourcing, managing, and executing investment opportunities to support REIT\'s growth objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in real estate investments. The Senior Manager, Investments will collaborate closely with functional heads within the organization and work in partnership with the REIT Sponsor\'s investment team to identify opportunities across selected markets and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine investment strategies that align with REIT\'s objectives and investment mandate.
• Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including asset acquisition, development projects, and joint ventures, across various markets and sectors.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for potential investments to ensure alignment with investment criteria.
• Transaction Execution: Lead and oversee the end-to-end transaction process, including negotiations, documentation, and coordination with legal, financial, and technical teams.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including property owners, developers, brokers, and other key industry contacts.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Reporting: Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate investments, with a strong track record of successful deal sourcing and execution.
• Deep understanding of real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Strong network within the real estate industry, with the ability to source and negotiate investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English & Mandarin, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
