Overseeing all the moving parts of the system integration, and architecture design. Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes Strong cross functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and accountability to deliver high quality work both personally and at a team level Accountable for the technical aspect such as architecture design and performance of RWS business service platform. Job Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines At least 6 years of working experience in a technical lead/PM role in cloud, modern application architecture and related digital solutions Proficient in conceptualising and deriving common architectural designs across multiple business services Able to understand, appreciate and translate business problem into solutions, which can be evaluated, designed and developed Development experience : Java, JavaScript, Python, C# Strong knowledge on modern technology/development stack Cloud Native principles and techniques such as Microservices-based architecture, RESTful API development and container-based software deployment. IaaS platforms: Alicloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or AWS, OpenStack, Cloud Native PaaS platforms (e.g. OpenShift, CloudFoundry) and container solutions (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) Agile, DevOps software development tools and methodologies A highly motivated self-starter who possess positive mindset, a doer mentality, proactive and good communication skills Ability to work under pressure on exciting projects and possess strong interest, passion in technology and its application Strong problem-solving skills, and capable in leading cross team troubleshooting session to derive outcome by connecting the dots. Act as technical adviser to vendor on technical issue related to inhouse standards Working knowledge on agile methodology and have experience managing agile teams Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
