Act as the Strategic Partner for all IT related matters and projects, and serving proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact for IT to assigned Singtel Enterprise Business (SEB) business units. Adds value by assessing business needs and adapting technologies to maximise the effectiveness of Singtel\xe2\x80\x99s Group Enterprise Businesses. Ensures optimal alignment between business priorities and Group IT strategic focus.

• To serve as the IT interface with assigned business unit for the purpose of Information Technology development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
• Function as Group IT\xe2\x80\x99s advocate and communicator by developing a solid understanding of the current and planned IT architecture, system ecosystem, and of the broader technology environment that support the business
• Proactively propose innovative improvements in existing processes and platforms to constantly optimize business operations, reduce operating cost and improve business margins.
• Monitor and provide visibility into overall IT investment for assigned business unit, including ROI, IT Roadmap, New Systems planning and EOL Systems sunsetting, and evaluating the right IT investment mix with the business unit during AOP and throughout the year.
• Discover and frame demand from business, work with various IT domain SMEs, project sponsors and key business stakeholders, and oversee the feasibility and justification of E2E IT Solutions.
• Monitor and ensure relevant GIT SLAs, project commitments and ROI are met, be the SPOC for major escalations, and work on improvement plans when necessary

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
• Experience with IT Business Partnering with stakeholders, IT Project Management, Business Program Management, Product Development and/or Account Management
• Managed senior stakeholder relationships within similar organisations
• Lead business transformations, particularly leading teams without direct line management control
• Extensive experience in a customer facing role
