JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an IT Manager who excels in service management, IT infrastructure, and EUC support, with a strong capability in stakeholder management to work closely with business units and bridge with centralized IT functions.Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with IT services.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage and oversee IT service management processes to ensure efficient and reliable IT services.
• Lead the IT infrastructure team, ensuring robust and secure systems that support business operations.
• Direct the EUC support team to provide exceptional service to end-users.
• Implement policies and procedures for IT service management, infrastructure maintenance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with application owners and architects to ensure architecture design principles, standards, and guidelines are followed.
• Oversee IT planning and financial management activities, including budgeting and financial forecasting based on business requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships to meet business objectives, optimize IT costs, and maximize value.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

JOB REQUIREMENTSQualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) and/or IT infrastructure (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on service management, IT infrastructure, and EUC support.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, particularly in bridging business needs with IT capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and deliver results.
