We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Project professional to lead the execution of high-impact, complex initiatives, including large scale system migrations and technology deployments. Reporting directly to the Lead of Project Management for APAC, this role acts as a key project authority, championing operational excellence and ensuring rigorous, front line delivery.
The Challenges

• Lead strategic and complex initiatives across the region, including large scale system migration and technology implementation projects.
• Drive operational excellence and project delivery while managing multiple priorities with precision and a zero failure mindset.
• Serve as a project expert and key partner to the Lead of Project Management and Training for APAC.

Project Execution and Leadership

• Lead and support all operational project workstreams in alignment with the Contract Logistics Project Approach (CLPA).
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to implementation and handover.
• Conduct regular Operation Project Health Checks to identify gaps and recommend practical actions to local teams.
• Lead turnaround projects by working directly with operations teams to implement feasible solutions.
• Ensure consistent use of CLPA tools, templates, and standards across all project steps.

Operational and System Migration Analysis

• Perform detailed analysis of customer data and operations to identify improvement opportunities across People, Systems, Processes, and Layout.
• Plan and execute system migration and technology deployment including enterprise resource planning and warehouse management systems.
• Recommend and implement data driven improvements that optimise resources, systems, material handling equipment, and material flow.
• Define project scope, assess risks, and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
• Create and manage change management plans that support seamless adoption of new systems and processes.

Expert Guidance and Training

• Serve as a subject matter expert for project implementation and advise country level teams on best practices and compliance.
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop training sessions on CLPA and new system functionalities.
• Mentor teams to build project management capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What It Takes

• More than 10 years of hands on operational project management experience in logistics or supply chain environments.
• Proven ability to manage end to end implementation projects including execution, testing, and go live.
• Demonstrated leadership in large scale system migration or technology rollout projects such as WMS or ERP implementations.
• Strong expertise in warehouse solution design and supply chain network design.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple product categories including cold chain, healthcare, high tech, and fast-moving consumer goods.
• Strong analytical and change management skills supported by a commercial and technical understanding of Contract Logistics.
• Preferred qualifications include PMP certification and Lean or Six Sigma credentials.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, capable of working under minimal supervision and time pressure.
• Willingness to travel internationally for projects at a frequency greater than 50%
