What the role is:Using knowledge as a key organisational asset, this role will require the individual to take a holistic approach to formulate, create, and maintain the optimal work environment for employees to stay productive in their work and contribute towards the building of Body of Knowledge in NCSS. This is achieved by creating a central repository, process and system for knowledge management and ensuring this is well-maintained and utilised. Overall, the efforts will support the preservation of information and knowledge to augment the organisation in the day-to-day running, formulating of strategic decisions, and supporting efforts for research purposes.What you will be working on:We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, passionate individual and a team member to strategise, drive and be responsible for planning, managing, engaging of different stakeholders and driving of changes across the organisation to uplift the organisation\'s overall readiness in knowledge management.
