We are seeking for a Labor Relations Manager to be based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) or other in-region location who is responsible for the overall labor relations strategy for the Asia Pacific region, including, but not limited to: China, Singapore and India. The position needs to manage a staff of labor relations professionals as well as overseeing the day-to-day LR needs for multiple businesses and facilities in the regions. In addition, he/ she must be able to establish / maintain / repair relationships with external third parties (e.g. employee representatives, government entities, industry associations) as well as internal stakeholders (e.g. Human Resource business partners, finance, business leaders, and communities of excellence).
