To continue our footprint of growth in Asia Pacific (APAC), Hilton is looking to expand aggressively in the focused service space, starting with Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) and followed by other markets in APAC, via a franchising proposition. To support this growth as well as the growth of our managed estate, we are looking to hire a leader who can partner with the business to develop Hilton\'s most important asset, our Team Members.
The Senior Manager, Learning - APAC, will be responsible for looking at strategies in implementing viable learning options for our leaders in the focused service estate within the scope of the HGI franchise business in GCM and the rest of APAC. In addition, this person will be responsible for the governance of the learner experience of our APAC team members by working in alignment with global partners of Learning Experience (LX) & Delivery. This person will collaborate on the custom content management function, manage the Extended Learning Network strategy for APAC, contribute as a key member of virtual instructor led training (VILT) strategy and implementation team, and drive effectiveness and efficiencies.
