• Overall Transportation and Warehousing

• Plan and execute RDC Warehouse Operations
• Planning & Execution of Freight In
• Collaborate with Countries to drive efficiencies in domestic transportation & warehousing
• Ensure strategic and tactical initiatives for Logistics are effectively implemented to support business objectives; ensure policies and processes are consistently deployed across the region.

• Drive BD process excellence/effectiveness for network optimization, operating model and systems. Evaluate opportunities, which are not considered core to the business and propose recommendations
• Accountable for satisfactorily meeting all service level agreements established with customers
• Lead BD Excellence framework in driving efficiency and waste reduction in partnership with Procurement
• Planning & Analytics for SCM Financials (Freight-in, Warehousing)

This person shall collaborate with counterparts from Businesses and across functions at WW and country levels to drive the improvement of Logistics capabilities by championing the development of Supply Chain personnel\'s core competencies and support operational performance through improvement initiatives.The Leader will provide the right developmental opportunities and coaching to the Greater Asia Logistics teams, ensuring that the team has the skills and competencies to deliver on its strategic initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesGeneral expectations:

• Plan and execute the Logistics Strategy that is aligned to BD 2025 Vision. Act as the regional Process expert to drive the DC operational efficiencies and standardization across countries.
• Develop recommendations and analysis on supply chain and order fulfillment network using quantitative and qualitative methods-- data gathering, collation, validation, data analysis, options generation, scenario planning and recommendations in support of supply chain design and network strategy
• Work and identify Cost to Win opportunities for Supply Chain, including the governance and attainment process. To provide an eco-system to allow the sharing of best practices.
• Collaborate with Global Transportation, Business and functional teams in region and countries to improve international and local delivery performance, Supply Chain quality improvement, streamline processes to achieve standardization and Supply Chain Cost
• Own and drive OTIF and Order Attainment improvement.
• Collaborate with Global Trade manager to enhance customs speed while ensuring full compliance.
• Support the SCM budget and ASR process.
• Establish sustainability goals in GA that is aligned with Global Supply Chain strategy
• Champion Order Fulfillment personnel core competency development initiatives, including the development of training and development plans using the established BD core competency model

Position Requirements\xc2\xb7Education:BS/ MBA Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related degree\xc2\xb7Relevant Experience:At least 10 years in Logistics and supply chain with functional leadership experience preferredJob competency requirements:
