What the role is:The Surveillance & Enforcement Division is the investigation and enforcement arm of the Ministry of Health. You will be part of the team that conduct investigation and enforces various acts under the purview of the Ministry and ensuring compliance with Ministry\'s legislations and regulatory standards. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will be required to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate into infringements of the various acts under the purview of the Ministry and secure compliance with Ministry\'s legislations and regulatory standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop operational tactics that are in line with enforcement objectives and strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and update enforcement policies, operational processes and investigative capabilities in the Division. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain operational collaboration with other enforcement agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to maintain databases for enforcement purposes.What we are looking for:Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary Education, in any discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with relevant experience in investigative work with the Police Force or other enforcement agencies has an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous with strong analytical, planning and conceptual skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong writing and good communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently, as well as in a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective team player with strong initiative. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess high standards of professionalism, personal discipline and integrity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to thrive under pressure and appreciate a dynamic environment with constant new challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates showing strong interest in investigative work are also welcomed.
