What you will be working on:You will be part of the team to drive capability building efforts for Whole-of-Government communications community under the Public Comms Functional Leadership. Your responsibilities will include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive programmes to raise capabilities of communications officers across the Whole-of-Government \xe2\x80\xa2 Incorporate the Public Communications Competency Framework into training, postings and talent management; \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage the comms community through various initiatives; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate job rotations and attachments for communications officers to hone their skills in different environment and gain exposure.What we are looking for:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage diverse stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and able to work under tight timelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
