We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the necessary experience and competencies to join our Human Resource & Organisation Development Division.What you will be working on:You will manage a spectrum of policies and programmes in the learning and development, and career development portfolios. This includes conceptualization and implementation of necessary frameworks to build up officers\' capabilities in a timely manner, to foster organisational excellence and meet organisational goals. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations, including administration of training programmes and posting exercises. As part of the Human Resource and Organisation Development team, you will have opportunities to lead or work in teams to drive HR strategic directions in achieving Organisational Excellence for the Ministry.What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in learning & development, career development and / or competency framework development, preferably in the Public Service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and written skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task with an eye for details \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team-player with the ability to work independently too. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adaptable and constantly seeks improvement and innovation in HR work. ** Shortlisted applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
