What the role is:
Singapore is one of the fastest-ageing countries in the world. By 2030, 1 in 4 citizens will be aged 65 and above. This demographic shift will have profound implications on Singapore and create an increased demand on our existing healthcare system. As a Senior Manager / Manager with the Ageing Planning Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping national policies and programmes to address the unique challenges posed by Singapore's ageing population. Our team's mission is to enable our seniors to age actively and healthily in the community.
What you will be working on:
You will be part of our team that leads the formulation and evaluation of policy frameworks for centre-based care services. Your specific roles will involve: o Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, WOG agencies and other key stakeholders such as private service providers to develop integrated solutions o Monitoring and assessing the impact of implemented policies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and adaptation to the evolving needs of Singapore's ageing population You will be working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
