[What you will be working on]

GovTech is tasked with harnessing info-communications technology and related engineering for public sector transformation. The Internal Audit Department within GovTech is to support GovTech in achieving its objective. Internal Audit Department leverages data analytics and technology to deliver quality risk-based assurance, advisory, insight and foresight.

Responsibilities:

Identify, collate, and transform large datasets from various systems for to support data-driven audit projects. Leverage on GenAI/LLM and/or machine learning techniques to develop, optimize, and maintain advanced analytics projects in support of internal audit activities. Collaborate on continuous auditing initiatives by designing reusable scripts and data pipelines for DataBricks platform. Create meaningful visualisations and reporting dashboards to communicate audit analytics results effectively for ongoing monitoring. Work closely with internal auditors and other GovTech stakeholders to analyse large data sets, trends and results to drive data-driven operational risk decisions. Collaborate with other audit teams within the MDDI Internal Audit Cluster to explore and roll out data analytics initiatives for the whole cluster.

[What we are looking for]

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or relevant quantitative fields. At least 4 years of experience in data science or data engineering. Proficient in Python and working experience with Python-based workflows. Practical experience in machine learning algorithms, statistical models and other common machine learning techniques. Practical experience with GenAI/LLM, such as prompt engineering, agentic LLM, model serving and finetuning. Knowledge of dashboard creation and visualisation will be an added advantage. Knowledge of the Agile Product Delivery Model and DevSecOps will be an advantage. Fluency in Product implementation environments - ranging from low-code/no-code platforms to custom development - will be an advantage. Strong analytical and organization skills, with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. * Self-motivated and driven digital native with a growth mindset who can work independently on technical projects and be a team player.
