What the role is:You will be part of a team to develop, implement and administer manpower strategies and initiatives on healthcare manpower standards, governance, training and development to transform the in-service healthcare workforce to achieve evolving national healthcare objectives. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will collaborate with healthcare practitioners, regulators, administrators and educators on the following: 1. Organize and coordinate the efforts of practitioners and educators to develop competency frameworks, training roadmaps and programmes; 2. Set up and administer training grants to facilitate the provision and uptake of in-service training and development; and 3. Assess new and emerging healthcare roles and consider appropriate manpower standards and governance to safeguard patients\' well-being.What we are looking for:We are looking for candidates with the following competencies: 1. Tertiary education in Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health or other healthcare disciplines will be advantageous; 2. Prior experience in healthcare, training and/or regulation; 3. Possess good analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing and project management skills; 4. Proactive and able to work in an environment that is fast-paced and dynamic; 5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
