[What the role is]
You shall be part of a high-performing team whose role is to design a sustainable aviation eco-system and implement strategies to rebuild and reinforce Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s air hub competitiveness in the post-COVID era.

[What you will be working on]
You would gain exposure on how to structure an optimal aviation eco-system design (industry structure, business model, etc.) for the Singapore air hub to remain competitive and implementing strategies to shift the current eco-system to the desired end profile structure. You will also help assess the external environment to shape and implement a revamped air hub competitiveness strategy to secure a new advantage for Changi in the post-COVID era.

You will develop engagement and persuasion skills to secure internal CAAS alignment and support for air hub strategy as well as build consensus and alignment with key stakeholders such as CAG, SIA Group and SATS. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will have to employ project management skills to monitor the delivery and effectiveness of initiatives.

[What we are looking for]

• Training in Business, Economics or a quantitative discipline
• Experience in the aviation sector or government policy work is desirable
• Good team player who is self-motivated, open-minded and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills
• Adaptable and open to accepting changing portfolios for job and career development

Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
