We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the necessary experience and competencies to join our Human Resource & Organisation Development Division.What you will be working on:As part of the Human Resource and Organisation Development Division (HROD), you will play a key role in strengthening workforce capabilities and growing capacity, developing a sustained talent pipeline and driving strategic workforce planning for the MCCY family. You will formulate and implement succession planning and frameworks to attract, develop and retain talent in MCCY Family, engage our talent in career conversations, as well as administer talent management programmes such as scholarships and their postings. You will play a key role in supporting senior management and partnering stakeholders to drive strategic workforce planning for the MCCY Family to be future ready. This include managing the Manpower Management Framework, and working with MCCY agencies to coordinate and monitor the progress of their workforce planning to ensure alignment to MCCY family transformation plan. You will also have the opportunity to lead or work in teams to drive strategic HR to achieve Organisational Excellence for the Ministry.What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR working experience in talent management and career development in the Public Service. Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive, resourceful, versatile and meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Work well in teams and also independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, written, organisation and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with ability to engage stakeholders across all levels. ** Shortlisted applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
