We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the necessary experience and competencies to join our Human Resource & Organisation Development Division.What you will be working on:As part of the Human Resource and Organisation Development Division (HROD), you will play a key role in strengthening workforce capabilities and growing capacity, developing a sustained talent pipeline and driving strategic workforce planning for the MCCY family. You will formulate and implement succession planning and frameworks to attract, develop and retain talent in MCCY Family, engage our talent in career conversations, as well as administer talent management programmes such as scholarships and their postings. You will play a key role in supporting senior management and partnering stakeholders to drive strategic workforce planning for the MCCY Family to be future ready. This include managing the Manpower Management Framework, and working with MCCY agencies to coordinate and monitor the progress of their workforce planning to ensure alignment to MCCY family transformation plan. You will also have the opportunity to lead or work in teams to drive strategic HR to achieve Organisational Excellence for the Ministry.What we are looking for:
