Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Investment Manager/Senior Manager to join their team in Singapore, focusing on the Indian real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investments, strong financial modeling skills, and a proven track record in handling investment deals.The real estate portfolio includes income-generating properties across business parks, industrial/logistics sectors, and data centers.Responsibilities:
- Develop investment strategies aligned with the overall business plan
- Identify and generate leads for suitable investment targets (industry/sector, company, etc.)
- Execute financial modeling, feasibility studies, and investment papers independently
- Structure deals to maximize returns
- Assist in negotiations and timely deal closures
- Oversee due diligence and documentation to protect the company\'s interests
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Investment, or a related field
- At least 8 years of relevant real estate investment experience, with a preference for experience in India
- Exposure to capital markets is a plus
- Willingness to travel
