What the role is:MDDI\'s Planning team, as part of the Strategic Planning Division, drives strategic alignment within the Ministry family. This entails refining organisational priorities, translating strategies to plans, as well as guiding the resourcing of key policies and initiatives that support the strategic direction of the Ministry.What you will be working on:Your role includes the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities and risks in the Digital and Information domains; \xe2\x80\xa2 Set strategic priorities and goals for MDDI family; \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure coherence in the formulation and operationalisation of strategies across the organisation through internal and external engagement platforms; \xe2\x80\xa2 Align the resource allocation in MDDI family with MDDI\'s strategic priorities; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Strengthen governance to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.What we are looking for:

• Background in related fields \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the areas of strategic planning and policy formulation \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding analytical, problem solving, critical and lateral thinking skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to translate knowledge and insights into strategy and performance implications \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourceful and curious about what the world will look like tomorrow \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
