What the role is:You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. You will facilitate and manage transformation projects in the Health Regulation Group (HRG) for more effective, efficient and anticipatory regulation, and ensure that our health service providers provide safe and patient-centred care in our evolving landscape.What you will be working on:You will evaluate the current capacity of HRG and the future needs of the Group, and facilitate the capacity building of capacity within the various teams to take on the challenges in the evolving healthcare landscape. The specific work includes, but not limited to, the following: Strengthen and deliver a high-impact induction programme to onboard new hires Develop a structured training and career development roadmap for officers in HRG to be future ready Improve internal processes and manage change Facilitate the development of Standard Operating Procedures for core functions in HRG Facilitate knowledge exchange and capability development on best practices in healthcare regulation and enforcementWhat we are looking for:

  • Tertiary education in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Administration or related disciplines Working experience in the healthcare sector or public sector in the relevant area will be an advantage Good analytical skills Good writing and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Organised and meticulous Key Competencies Require Thinking Clearly & Making Sound Judgements - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support the crafting of sound policy recommendations; ability to grasp timelines, operating context and ground realities. Learning & Putting Skills into Action - Possesses the drive and curiosity to learn and apply new skills, knowledge and new ways of working. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
