What the role is:You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. You will facilitate and manage transformation projects in the Health Regulation Group (HRG) for more effective, efficient and anticipatory regulation, and ensure that our health service providers provide safe and patient-centred care in our evolving landscape.What you will be working on:You will evaluate the current capacity of HRG and the future needs of the Group, and facilitate the capacity building of capacity within the various teams to take on the challenges in the evolving healthcare landscape. The specific work includes, but not limited to, the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strengthen and deliver a high-impact induction programme to onboard new hires \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a structured training and career development roadmap for officers in HRG to be future ready \xe2\x80\xa2 Improve internal processes and manage change \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate the development of Standard Operating Procedures for core functions in HRG \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate knowledge exchange and capability development on best practices in healthcare regulation and enforcementWhat we are looking for:
