We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications to build a team to shape and execute our global branding and marketing strategy to enable EVYD to achieve its ambitions.
Key Deliverables
Overall responsibility for developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies to meet our short and long-term business objectives.
Accountability and management of marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.
Establish top-of-mind awareness for the EVYD brand across free and paid marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Plan, direct, communicate and coordinate the overall marketing strategy alongside business expansion and overseas expansion plans.
Ensure the EVYD brand is consistent across all communication platforms.
Formulate a coherent approach to content creation to build affinity with key client sets and drive scientific and technological thought leadership.
Dominate share of voice for health tech industry by profiling leadership, thought leadership pieces and strategic PR engagement with key media.
Development of marketing collaterals (e.g. decks, brochures, newsletters).
Drive customer acquisition initiatives across platforms.
Identify to participate or organize strategic platforms such as events (e.g. World One Health Congress, ASEAN Digital Public Health Conference) to establish new relationships and develop opportunity pipelines.
Scope, propose, and build a small and nimble team.
Qualifications
6-8 years of relevant experience.
A strong desire to learn, grow and collaborate to build a meaningful enterprise that solves the biggest pain points in healthcare by leveraging technology.
Strong results orientation, with a proven track record of success in branding/marketing positions in Healthcare/Technology.
Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and project management skills to influence and work effectively across levels, functions, and geographies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for design, and a flair for creating impactful marketing campaigns.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
