Job Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and maintenance of a Master Data Management (MDM) program
Work directly with business data stewards to develop business rules and data quality controls
Master data creation, changes and maintenance with respect to companywide and local processes and procedures
Align master data strategy and standards with the wider business strategy.
Accountable for data accuracy and service level agreements
Owns the master data management tool providing guidance and training for internal users on the workflow process
Monitor functional area data quality reports and metrics, and correct master data errors

Job Requirements:

Minimum 8 years experience in Data Governance and Master Data Management.
Experience implementing data systems and governance
Excellent Data analysis and modeling skills
Functional knowledge of enterprise source systems and of systems that consume master and reference data, including CRM, ERP and Business Intelligence
Strong SQL and MS Excel skills
Working location at Seletar (WFH applies)
