Job Description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To assist in execution of MEP services related design and site implementation works during various execution phases of the project assigned by the project lead / team lead within the organization.

• Design management and Project management of MEP design for Animal Hospital and Wildlife Nutrition Centre.
• Assist in defect rectification process to ensure deliverables are in good quality to stakeholders
• Assist in coordination of quality assurance of designs with other disciplines and accordance to project specifications.
• Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by consultants and contractors.
• Assist in liaison with authorities on implementing designs to the development.
• Assist in the working session with stakeholders to establish the design requirements and handover to stakeholders based on the established project timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of M&E design and project management with relevant experience
• Experience with design and project management of commercial, hotel, attraction or hospital projects will be an advantage.
• Must be confident and capable to front engagement or briefing to stakeholders.
