Responsibilities:

Direct, coordinate and lead all production operations related activities within the team
Responsible for managing capacity planning & utilization, planning and scheduling materials for production
Define area objectives, identifying improvement opportunities and leading change efforts
Effectively directing the team and delivering on short and long term Operational goals and KPI within their business unit
Ensure department operations is in accordance of the department SOPs
Develop departments annual operating plans and quarterly forecast for management reporting
Responsible for leading teams in a matrix reporting environment, including leadership representatives from manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, forecasting, facilities, and logistics across 3 global manufacturing sites to meet strategic program objectives.
Establishes overall budgets, operating plans, and reporting templates for strategic programs.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrics or Mechanical Engineering
More than 10 years of working experiences within production/ manufacturing related field
Supervisory experiences in leading a team of managers, engineers and technicians
Proven experience managing both direct and indirect / matrix reporting teams
