What the role is:You will be a member of a small but dynamic NParks team under the Corporate Strategy and Planning division, driving organisational development including process innovation and improvement, organisation change management and culture building.What you will be working on:Your role involves analysing the current organisational structure to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies / programmes to enhance the organisation\'s effectiveness, performance and productivity. This includes developing and implementing change management plans to support organisational change and conducting evaluations to measure the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives.You will manage cross-functional teams and projects, organise discussions and evaluate outcomes to support organisational growth. You will be required to work with colleagues across divisions to coordinate inputs and ensure alignment to NParks\' overall direction.What we are looking for:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of organisational development concepts, theories and practices, with the demonstrated ability to manage change in a constructive and effective mannerMinimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in organisational development or a relevant role including developing and implementing development programs and initiativesA passionate and driven individual and team player who can work independently and also thrive in collaborative environments to improve the status quoExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, writing, analysis, planning and evaluation skillsInterest in Corporate Strategy & Planning work and the City in a Nature visionOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.About National Parks Board:At the National Parks Board (NParks), we take pride in conserving our natural heritage and enhancing green spaces for all to enjoy in our City in Nature.
