What the role is:This is a 2-year contract position as Senior Manager, Overseas Student Programmes Safety and Quality in the Office of Immersion & Careers.What you will be working on:Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:1. Manage the Academic Quality of Overseas Student Programmes (OSPs):Administer and analyse post-trip surveys and trip leaders reportsReview, report and present OSP outcomes to NP management/ senior managementManage OSP data reporting and OSP dashboardMaintain and update the OSP Academic Quality frameworkManage the OSP language support programme including related reporting and procurement, if any2. Manage OSP Safety:Lead the OSP crisis management team to administer crisis support to all overseas student programmes (this may include insurance, First Aid Kits, ART Kits, Vaccination etc)Provide advisory to schools and departments on risk assessment and crisis management matters for OSPsManage the crisis management vendor and related procurementMaintain and update OIC\'s Enterprise Risk Management policies and SOPs, including reporting of Key Risk Indicators (KRI)Manage crisis ops eg. Line of report for crisis, enquiries from trip leaders, students and parents on crisis3. Support AD/OSP in overseas trip management and administration, including OSP planning, grant application & management and digitalisation projects.4.
