The position reports to the Director, Product Sales and Digital Acquisition and is primarily responsible for driving accelerated growth of premium cards acquisition with a strong focus on efficiency, quality and compliance. The role manages the full acquisition journey; from strategy development and campaign execution to process optimization along with quality assurance. The successful candidate will also lead the sales team to deliver strong acquisition results.
In addition, the incumbent is also responsible for the following responsibilities relating to Premium card products:
Develop and execute direct mail (DM) and electronic direct mail (eDM) campaigns timely, from concept and targeting to deployment and performance tracking
Continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and ensure alignment with brand positioning and acquisition objectives
Lead and support 2 sales team members to achieve premium card acquisition targets, while managing due diligence
Manage and improve end-to-end acquisition journey and processes, from campaign planning to card application processing, ensuring effectiveness and a seamless customer experience
Ensure strong control governance through regular quality assurance checks and process reviews, maintaining strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements while prioritizing premium customer experience
Handle day-to-day administrative coordination and tasks related to campaign management, reporting and acquisition operations
Lead or support ad-hoc projects
Investigate and manage escalations when required, and may need to meet or speak to customer occasionally.
