As the Engineering Manager for Process & Mechanical in Water Treatment Industry, you will be joining as the Technical Lead of a highly skilled Process and Mechanical team. In this role, you will bring your expertise on Process and Mechanical design for ST Engineering and our clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you will lead the technical delivery and design management of Process and Mechanical design, working major and complex projects covering investigations, studies, design and construction phase technical advice.
You will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.
On a technical level, you will have hands on experience in Process and Mechanical Engineering and relevant experience delivering concept and detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure.
Additionally, you will showcase your strong internal and external stakeholder management experience, a can-do attitude and importantly a strong team player who works well in an agile and collaborative environment.

Lead and guide technical evaluation for vendor\'s bid.
Lead and guide development of P&ID, PFD, mass balance, equipment specification, datasheet, and etc.
Lead and review equipment layout arrangement.
Lead and guide specification to obtain quotation for tender costing.
Lead, review, submit and get approved for engineering document and drawing
Requirements
15-20 years of working experience for process and/or mechanical design of water and wastewater treatment, seawater desalination, and water reuse.
BEng (Mechanical), BEng (Environmental), BEng (Chemical) or equivalent.
Strong EPC background.
Strong leadership for people management.
Familiar with industrial standard, e.g, ISO, ASME, ANSI, and etc. and Singapore standard.
Familiar with statutory Regulation or Code.
Able to work in collaboration with various disciplines.
Able to interface seamlessly with engineering, construction, and operations contractors.
