Roles & Responsibilities As the Snr Manager of Product Delivery, you will be responsible for delivery of projects within the Consumer Business Group product verticals across the various lines of business. The role is the catalyst for on time and in quality delivery all products and services across mobile, broadband, tv, entertainment and digital. The Snr Manager Product delivery works with IT teams and the partners translating and business requirements to deliverables and tracking delivery against time and quality.
Responsibilites
A. Own the Product Delivery execution
Continuously shape the product delivery function strategy in concert with the needs of StarHub product delivery teams

• Received demands and requirements from business teams and ensure alignment against baseline and submit for evaluation
• Manage the PELM (product experience lifecycle management ) process for all demands
• Define the PELM structure and SLA for partners and IT Teams
• Define approval gates and track actual to target
• Forecast on mandays required vs spent per vertical and project
• Create self organizing teams for improved efficiency
• Lead the delivery management for all product demands
• Own the delivery KPIs for each of the teams
• Liaise with GTM mobile , home and entertainement functions to align delivery expectations
• Maintains industry knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends and latest training topics.
• Facilitates Portfolio and Portfolio-related meetings and rituals.

B. Financial Management

• Review and manage burn rates and capex related to team
• Identify efficiencies for creation of modular developments for re-use
• Work closely with IT and partner teams for efficiency in manday spend
• Implement efficiency in requirements gathering and solutioning
• Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per resource across all teams
• Define the strategy for efficiency in automation of development and testing
• Lead and drive test automation tools and best practices
• Co-facilitate all demand management activities (daily standups, delivery review, planning meetings, and team assessment) in a way that ensures full team engagement.

C. People Management

• Manage partner resources and understand areas of weakness or growth
• Recruit, hire, and connect the team with the broader agile community
• Lead and inspire a team with diverse backgrounds, skills, and passions
• Manage multiple delivery teams and priorities across various business units
• Supports the process for planning for the 6-quarter product strategy roadmap.
• Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within the Portfolio team and stakeholders.

D. Vendor Management

• Work with multiple vendors for resource on-boarding, delivery management, support staff readiness to have an always on culture
• Manage the vendor contract and SLAs for resources
• Manage vendor and partner resources

Requirements

• Degree in Management / IT software related field with at least 10 years of experience working with Delivery of Products, including leading waterfall and or agile led delivery
• Good understanding of working with Agile practices, leading agile projects through scrum
• Experience managing projects using agile and waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of best-in-class agile execution practices
• Deep understanding of agile and lean principles.
• Experience in creating value and outcome based operating models
• Confident and skilled at navigating the team through road-blocks to complete sprints on time
• Possesses analytics and measurement knowledge required to define reporting needs, interpret data and translate into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts at various levels
