Senior Manager (Production Planning and Control)

Lead a planning team and be responsible for mid to long-term planning horizon of production capacity and Capital Expenditure for global sites
Ensure on-time availability of production capacity to meet customers' demand using good planning systematic
Proactively engage stakeholders to resolve demand forecast and supply risk issues
Drive production capacity optimization across global sites
Challenge and justify all equipment investment request to achieve Capital Expenditure optimization
Lead projects across global sites to optimize and harmonize planning processes and tools
Establish clear global guidelines and good governance processes to ensure compliance
Generate management reports and drive for performance gap closure

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Science / Business
Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry
Demonstrate strong leadership experiences and excellent project management background
An individual who is self-driven possesses strong business acumen and proactive with high adaptability to changing environment
Possess strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and yet a strong team player who enjoys collaboration with cross-functional teams from different countries with diverse cultures
