The Role Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented technical Program Manager or Senior Project Manager to oversee all program\\project operations from inception to execution. The Program manager is responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines, and supervising team members
Responsibilities

  • To be successful as a technical Program Manager you must be highly organized. A good Project Management team member can multitask successfully under pressure and handle multiple projects
  • Oversee, manage, facilitate, and execute the delivery of Infra & SaaS based Voice, Collaboration & Communication Projects & Program
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients requirements and how best to respond requirements perspective - taking into consideration their past experiences, their immediate challenges, and their strategic roadmap.
  • Planning - collaborate with stakeholders to develop a program management plan to deliver the infrastructure solution as designed, on time and to budget - and in accordance with the banks infrastructure delivery lifecycle process.
  • Ensuring availability of required resources to deliver projects to the agreed timeline and budget.
  • Closely manage Bank\'s critical and top projects wherever and whenever required as Project Manager
  • Supervise team members within and cross domains and ensure that deadlines are followed.
  • Maintain the budget allocated for every project.
  • Enforce health and safety protocol, make sure signs of stress are escalated to program or Portfolio head.
  • Prepare progress reports for senior management and run steering meeting monthly or whenever required
  • Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
  • Work closely with PMO teams to ensure Bank standard are adhered and closely follow for any project to avoid any standard breach
  • Identify, mitigate and communicate key assumptions, issues, risks and dependencies to master projects & relevant control and governance committees.
  • Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
  • Ensures internal process, standards and risk compliance (including security, regulatory and audit requirements) are met
  • Ensuring that systems are commissioned following appropriate change control processes, and with knowledge transfer, training and required operational documentation provided to the Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams
  • Highlight, document and escalate risks and issues for management attention and or provide mitigation plans
  • Where required, re-engineer solutions due to any changes in scope, ensuring effective project change control and reforecast.
  • Review of solutions post-implementation & follow through to project sign-off & closure
  • Must be able to manage external (vendor) resources.

Other Responsibilities
  • Good to have exposure (preferably 1 or more technically in depth) and understanding of infrastructure technologies; including open systems (UNIX/Windows), databases, storage area network, local/wide area networks, middleware, application servers, software development environments, high availability, systems management, and security infrastructure.

  • Good to have PMP certified
