*Able to think out of the box, commercial minded, practicalJob OverviewThe Head of Project Management will oversee the all the on-going projects and tender in Stamford hotel and commercial assets. To manage a mixed of commercial and residential developments.Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee on all site works and activities with appropriate project deliverables methodology.
• Oversee projects through all phases of the project cycles (Plan, Communicate, Design, Implementation, Deployment and Support).
• Plan, implement and execute best practices across all projects.
• Ensure effective project planning and implementation which include efficient use of resources, proper coordination, and delegation of works to complete the projects timely.
• Oversee project budget preparation, planning and controlling of operating and capital expenses.
• Review tender documentation and ensure pricing is within cost control.
• Ensure proper upkeep of all projects and compliance with all statutory regulations and code of practice in documentation.
• Oversee and advise of new development from property management point of view during review stage.
• Work with respective teams to ensure a complete operation upon TOP of the development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/ Postgraduate in Building, Estate Management or equivalent
• At least 7 years of relevant experience delivering development, refurbishment and asset enhancement projects in the Real Estate Industry
• Preferably with experience in projects within the Hospitality/Real Estate Industry
• Independent, organized with positive work attitude and have sense of urgency.
• Preferably having worked in organizations that have clear processes and structure reports
• Good leadership, analytical, resourceful, communication and presentation skills
• Resourceful, able to think out-of-the-box, commercial minded, practical, self-driven, able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $6,500.00 - $12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
