Responsibilities

Oversee the overall administration of the Projects Department.
Lead and manage the Design and Site teams for the efficient and effective execution of projects according to construction programs of the main contractors.
Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely completion and to achieve highest quality of works on site.
Maintain project quality control systems, planning, scheduling and to manage projects within manpower budgets.
Plan and organize resources to achieve higher productivity and minimize wastages and float time.
Assist in other business activities as and when assigned.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 8 Year(s) of Construction working experience in main contractor\'s or specialist sub-contractor\'s companies of which minimum 4 years, must be in a senior or managerial position.
