Job Description

* Quality and Technical Guidance: * Able to interpret and analyze the criteria under the various accreditation standards and provide technical advice on how these criteria can be met * Quality Management: * Ensures Quality and Technical Guidance: Able to interpret and analyze the criteria under the various accreditation standards and provide technical advice on how these criteria can be met Quality Management: Ensures delivery of the school's accreditation goals and objectives Responsible for the implementation of assessments outlined in the AACSB Assurance of Learning (AOL) assessment plan and be responsible for compiling the data and report for each assessment Provide support for the analysis of the School's AOL and faculty sufficiency and qualification statistics Provide end-user support to the Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS) during the design and implementation of the accreditation system Organizational Liaison: Key Liaison person to coordinate with the school's Undergraduate (UG) and Graduate (PG) Programme Offices as well as the University's central administrative offices and School of Accountancy (for AACSB accreditation) for accreditation related matters Liaise with overseas accrediting bodies including AACSB International, EFMD and AMBA for accreditation related matters Key person to spearhead all AOL-related initiatives and to coordinate with the respective UG and PG Offices and course coordinators to ensure that the goals of AOL are met, and the AOL assessment plan is well-executed Documentation Management for Quality Assurance: Identify the requirements for documentation under the respective accreditation standards as well as any other documentation required for quality assurance in the school Design and develop a process to facilitate the submission and storage of documents and information required to meet the standards under the various accreditation including AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA Oversee the Administrative Support for Accreditation: Responsible for preparation and submission of the school's accreditation reports Plan and manage schedule as well as coordinate the various meetings and programmes arranged during PRT visits Manage the travel, accommodation, and transport logistics for all accreditation related visits Provide secretariat support for all accreditation related meetings Track the expenditure under the school's accreditation budget Maintenance of the school's International Profile: Collating information from various offices for memberships in international organizations Support School and University-wide Initiatives and activities Qualifications Degree with minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience preferred Prior experience relevant to this position or acquired in an academic setting will be advantageous A diligent worker who is comfortable with working independently in a less structured environment analytical, organized, and meticulous with a critical eye for details able to synthesise data and information for accreditation reports A good team player who works well with staff and faculty Excellent interpersonal and communication skills must be able to write well. Expected to interact with staff, students, faculty, and external academia IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
