Green Investment Group (GIG) is a specialist in green infrastructure investment, project delivery and the management of portfolio assets, and related services. Its track record, expertise and capability make it a global leader in green investment, dedicated to supporting the growth of the global green economy.
Working in a fast paced, challenging environment, you will participate in sourcing and making investments into energy assets and platforms that accelerate the green transition. You will be responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities to provide development and construction equity, restructuring and other capital, and executing on those opportunities. You will also be responsible for working in a team that manages GIG’s existing balance sheet assets.
As a Senior Manager, you will help lead transactions across the green energy space including utility scale solar and wind, distributed energy solutions, waste and bioenergy, battery storage, and offshore wind. Execution of new investments will include initial term sheet negotiations, managing due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation and closure of final documents and securing internal approvals. You will be involved in the preparation of market research and analysis, management reports, board materials, presentations, investment papers and marketing and investor relations materials for internal and external use.
You will work closely with other professional advisors in a transaction setting, including legal and financial advisors. You will maintain relationships with all stakeholders like investment bankers, consultants, internal stakeholders and senior level employees.

Experience with green energy projects across the project lifecycle and/or across different geographies is highly preferred.
You will be self-motivated, commercial, inclusive, collaborative, and collegiate with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be required to demonstrate strategic thinking whilst also having an analytical mindset and a proven track record of being able to deliver against challenging targets with limited supervision. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of other Asian languages would be highly advantageous.
