Senior Manager

Regional Program Management \xe2\x80\x93 Logistics and Industrial (Asia Pacific)

What this job involves:

Specialised and key accounts - management

As the Senior Manager, Regional Program Management, you\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee a small group of highly targeted and strategic regional Logistics and Industrial clients operating in the Asia Pacific region and across all JLL service lines.

These highly strategic accounts benefit from a dedicated expert to manage all aspects of JLL provided activities, driving best in class account management and which includes guiding regional needs and facilitating local actions and accountabilities.

Client-centric diligence

To excel in this role, your efforts will concentrate on exceeding clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations, meeting their current and future forecast needs. You\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve this with a strong client-focused approach, managing workflows across the region, compiling into a regional account management plan.

APAC technology

Support the development of, and roll-out across the region of the Marketlink, MapIT and Sales pipeline visibility and dashboard tools.

APAC training, development, roadshows and workshops

Guide and facilitate the internal training and workshop needs of the Logistics and Industrial function, using creativity and specialist logistics knowledge to drive deep value to the audience.

Conduct client roadshows as needed, matching this with our state-of-art NxT presentation rooms.

Abilities to develop a range of sales and marketing collaterals, drawing on the in-house expertise already in place with our Find, Pursuits, Digital and Marketing teams.

General and Administration

Hold the ultimate regional control tower position, recognised as both a centre of excellence and central source of information and needs facilitation.

Dynamic and driven

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a self-motivated and highly skilled problem solver with a specialist background in Logistics and Supply Chain. Additionally, a client focused mentality blessed with strong commercial acumen is a must.

Solid background

A degree, preferably Masters, is the least what we expect you to have combined with a minimum of 3 years work experience.

Experience leading country level projects in Asia Pacific are an added advantage, as is examples of commercial success, client acquisition and their onboarding.
