Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

The Opportunity

As a strategic business partner to the Sales Organization, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in shaping our rapidly growing organization. This is a highly visible role that reports directly to the Senior Director/Director of APJ/Regional Revenue Operations and partner closely with the SEATHK leadership teams across Field Sales, Channels, Marketing and Sales Support to drive continued growth, strong performance and business efficiencies. This role will be based anywhere in Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand/Korea/India/Japan, working closely with the SEATHK Management/Sales Organization and the APJ Revenue Operation team.

Your role

Primary Responsibilities

  • Together with a team of passionate individuals, build a strong rapport and engagement with the Sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This would include working closely with the business and peers in other region to refine, commit and monitor the business strategies, performance and KPIs.
  • Display deep understanding of the quote to cash cycle in sales planning processes and conducts regular stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 review to optimize them.
  • Proactively driving the region/country sales business plan framework and its individual key components \xe2\x80\x93 coverage model, compensation strategy, go-to-market framework \xe2\x80\x93 through the various quarterly, annual and long-range planning cycles. Ensure sales discipline and governance.
  • Provide business analytics and real-time execution on strategic initiatives to drive Nutanix\xe2\x80\x99s top-line. This would include engaging the business in regular reviews of the dashboard and analytics to drive business insights, provide advisory and creative resolution on business or customer challenges, ensure progress and informed business decision-making.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive models and reporting tools tracking opportunities from lead generation to revenue recognition, account development and retention.
  • Manage and report on revenue forecasting and automation/forecasting tools.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of database working with Marketing, Sales, Product, and business systems teams.
  • Participate and champion business / organization initiatives, including process improvements, conducting educational webinars to our internal sales organization etc.
What you will bring:

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience and participated in strategy planning, revenue/sales operations and/or business management.
  • Revenue/sales operations experience at software and/or subscription companies that had OEM relationships or selling Enterprise Licenses. Preference will be given to candidates with some work experience in a global organizational setting and has a good appreciation of how to operate effectively in matrix organizations.
  • Highly analytical with strong conceptualization and quantitative skills; is highly proficient in financial modelling, dashboard creation, reporting, data summarization and navigating sales tools (SFDC/Clari).
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities, especially in a real-time, fast paced sales environment. In process of addressing issues, the right candidate also demonstrates competence in pre-empting issues and preventing last minute fire drills.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust across different levels of the organization, as well as deliver impactful webinars.
  • Strong project planning and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to converse in Korean will be an advantage
