J OB DESCRIPTION Our client, a tertiary education institute, is currently looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager, Rewards & Planning (HR) to join their esteemed organisation!
As part of the HR team, you will have the opportunity to contribute through the implementation and administration of the University\xe2\x80\x99s rewards strategies and policies, thus enabling the University to attract, retain and motivate quality employees. You will also use HR analytics to help the HR team direct its resources more effectively to achieve the goals of the University.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the company-wide annual performance management and annual increment and bonus exercises
- Provide support in other compensation and benefits analyses and administration, such as compensation and benefits benchmarking and trend analysis, managing rewards related surveys, managing the University benefits schemes etc.
- Involved in payroll processing
- Support the annual manpower planning and budgeting exercises, including analysis of past years\xe2\x80\x99 manpower costs and cost simulations to establish appropriate budget parameters, and managing the monthly variance analysis and quarterly forecasts
- May be involved on IT related HR projects and exercises

- Degree in any related discipline with 6-8 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, payroll and performance management
- Prior experience in handling huge databases, and sensitive information will be an added advantage
- Good with numbers, with an eye for details
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills

S ALARY S$7,500.00 - S$8,200.00 per Month
